Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was charged with possession of marijuana. I was pulled over by a cop and I had 13 of marijuana in my trunk, along with my pipe. It was for personal use. They made me sign a PTA, and Im waiting on the court date papers. What is the minimum sentence for this? Also I don't have anything else on my record. This is a first offense.

You are facing up to 2 years in jail. However that is very unlikely in your case. There are no MANDATORY minimums. You are probably looking at one year or more of probation, a hefty fine, and a 2 year driver's license suspension. As you can see, even minimal sanctions are serious for these offenses, so I suggest you get an attorney right away.
