Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was charged with poss.of meth with intent to sell, and perphenellia. When I went to court I pled quilty to the perphnellia & the other charges were nolle pross. Does that mean if I vop the other charges will be /can be brought back up?

The short is answer is no in that it can't be considered by the judge if you VOP. That said, if you violate, I'm sure the state will bring it up or even say they "did you a favor" by dismissing those charges and yet you violate probation anyway. Best advice, DON'T VIOLATE!
