Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
charged with public assistance fraud. the fl. department of financial services charges a investigative fee if found guilty. I talked to investigator an was told that they no longer charge that fee, but paper work that I have says the court will charge me that fee. how to prove that fee is no longer charged?
