Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone is charged and sentenced to probation on a criminal charge. and then charged on the same charges as vop charges and on the sentencing day recieved timed served on all charges and then released. can they be charged again for the same charges as vop another time?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if they were sentenced on ALL PENDING charges and got time served, then they are off probation and can't receive another violation of probation, even if they pick up a new charge AFTER being sentenced.
