charged with serving alchol to minor
I am a canandian resident who lives here in Florida 4 months of the year. I volunteered with others from my ORA park where I reside. We volunteered to work at the annual Everglade City Seafood Festival serving beer.We were not briefed on what to look for on an ID
I just knew to look for 1988 feb that would be legal drinking age.
I checked several ID'S BUT NOT EVERYONE'S This woman came up and asked for a drink she looked legal age, so I dind't ask for ID'S THIS TIME.She was an undercover agent and immidiatly told me to step out of the premesis.Two other agents surrounded me and took a pick of me and I had to fill out a questinare and sign to show in court 4th of March-09 This happened to 4 of my other friends

this actually happens a lot. usually i've gotten these types of crimes knocked down to only a fine without any criminal record or else dismissed altogether. if you and your friends would like to fight these charges or would just like to speak with someone, i would be more than glad to help.
