Yes it is Murder Charge, No it is not only manslaughter. A murder even by accident during the commission of a felony (robbery is a felony) is felony murder. It is not punishable by death but it is still a life felony. Manslaughter is just a charge for when someone dies and another person is the cause. Manslaughter is a lessor of Murder but not always an alternative.
