Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was charged with trafficing(4-24 grams) and withholding information from a dr. i was in ft.lauderdale, fl at a pharmacy and supposedly a cop was watching me and said that he seen me get in and out of another vehicle and then when i returned to my vehicle i shook my pill bottle at the passenger(which i did not do) but that was probable cause to stop me.they then stopped me and found a pill bottle from another dr in my possession and that was the withholding info from the dr. i was then charged with trafficing my own script. how is it possible to get charged with trafficing my own perscription? the perscription is in my name?

If you have a valid prescription then you can't be charged with trafficking unless the officer can somehow show that you are selling or giving the pills away. It sounds like the officer lacked probable cause to stop you but you should talk to an attorney in person and go over the details with them. That way you will know the best way to fight this.
