Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was charged with uttering a counterfiet bill and possesion of more than 10 counterfeit bills 3rd degree felony can this be expunged from my record

You should be able to so long as you got a withhold on all charges and you don't have any prior or subsequent convictions of anything at anytime, anywhere.
