Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was charged with violation of my Felony Probation for Grand Theft 3rd degree living in FL. I violated that probation with a Petty Theft Misdemeaner. I was then placed on L1 Community Control, and I just violated that because I'm pretty sure I just got caught walking to the store for smokes. What kind of sentence might I be looking at?

You're looking at up to 5 years prison on a violation. Even if you don't score prison, the judge has discretion to sentence you that long. I suggest you look into hiring an attorney.
