Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and THEFT FROM PERSON 65 YOA OR OLDER ($300 OR MORE LESS $10K) the person wants to drop the charges but the state wants to pick them up what can I do to resolve this matter without facing jail time.

Get an attorney right away. They may be able to negotiate with the prosecutor to drop the charges or see to it that you avoid jail time.
