Now that he served his time he got back in jail February 4 , 2017 I know it is crazy but he ran away from the police officer cause he was scared that the police would bring him in jail cause he was on community control. The police only gave the driver a ticket for driving with a expired license tag and it was not drugs to be found. Mr. Gerald ran into the lake and put the police helicopter on a chase to find him and now he is changed with these new charges. I just wanna know what are the options the judge will give him & what should I do to help him get out and get an ankle bracelet.

A judge can do everything from finding him not guilty to sentencing him to prison. There are just way too many variables to answer your question. He REALLY NEEDS an attorney to talk to immediately. I suggest you contact one in your area to help you out.
