charges reduced
14 yr old went to a room with a 27 yr old and had sex then lied the next day saying he raped her him not knowing her real age got her a room b/c she said she had nowhere to go they had sex and he left she stayed there all night by herself he came back the next day told her she had to go so that he would nt get charged for another night then she cried rape....went to court 04/24 now charges are 800.04 and 984.085 they now know she lied about the rape she told them she did any chance they would drop charges aince she lied about rape

Consent and ignorance of the victim's age are not defenses to 800.04. You really need a lawyer to help you with this case. A full examination of the evidence should be done prior to any decision about plea or trial is made.
