This is not a legal question as what you are asking does not entail a legal solution. Sadly, there is no way to force a private company to remove a truthful mugshot. One can seek to have their case expunged, the result of which only applies to governmental entities.

There are companies that purportedly will "remove" a mugshot. However, my understanding is that these companies don't actually eliminate the mugshot from online but instead, using computer code, will have it buried so it wouldn't show up until the 3,673rd page on a google (or analogous) search.
