Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Child molestation
My son has been questioned regarding a 4 yr old relative that has accused him of ''playing doctor'' with her. He has never been alone with her and they have not questioned anyone else that is witness to this. they are just immediately wanting him to take a polygraph test and he has extremely bad nerves already and doesnt want to do this. What should we do?

Your son should not talk to police, not take a polygraph and should hire a lawyer imediately. Pls call me if interested.

Absolutely do not allow him to speak to the police. You really need legal counsel right away.
