Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
child protection
I have a relative (my sister) who I do not allow my children to see because of a personal situation between our families. In short she contacted my son (who is 17) without my knowledge and picked him up one block over from my home and took him out for lunch and brought him back home all while I was at work. The only reason that I found out about this was that someone had seen them out in town. Is there any legal action that I can take since she took my son without my permission?

Re: child protection
Hi:
Before seeking counsel I strongly suggest that you have a serious conversation with your son as to the reasons you do not want him around your sister.
If you fear for your sons safety, then if this becomes a repeated situation, then you should seek counsel to possibly file for a restraining order.
Good Luck
