need to know first time my son has gotten in trouble will i need to get a lawer? just received court date have not gone to court yet and dont know what to do.

Is he being charged as a juvenile or an adult? If juvenile probably not, if adult I would suggest getting an attorney. What County? I can help if it's Palm Beach, Hendry, Glades, Lee or Okeechobee County.
