Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
is a civil claim judgement(credit card) valid from one state to the next??? I have judgements against me in ohio,but reside in florida for 4 yrs now???

Not sure what you mean by "valid" but all judgements will remain until that state's time limits allows it to remain. You need to contact an Ohio attorney to find out how long it will remain. Florida, for example, has up to 20 years on most judgments.
