Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Once I have my civil rights back reinstated can I hold a massage therapist licence? I have I felony with adjudication withheld for fruad/assisstance. Everything is seeelted on the case.

You should be able to but I'm not sure of the requirements for that license to give a definitive answer. You need to ask the licensing board to find out for sure.
