Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Civil rights restored
I have a friend that was convicted of a habitial traffic uffebder, driving while on suspended license. Each time it was for an unpaid traffic ticket, no drug or dui charges. She completed her probation successfully, and the court said her charges were adjuducated. Ate her rights reinstated or does she need to file paper to have that done. Thank you.
