Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Classification didnt credit time served ordered by judge
My boyfriend is CFRC processing. The judge have hime a year and a day with credit for time served. The hillsclerk.com website has his sentence posted which indicates credit for time served with a max of 84 days. What is the quickest process to get his time credited and why wouldnt they give it to him if the judge ordered credit? 84 days makes a difference when you are sitting in prison!
