Re: Clear arrest record
Depending on the charge and whether you have any prior criminal history, you may be eligible for a sealing or expungement of your arrest record. There are a bunch of questions that an experienced attorney would need to ask. Please feel free to contact my law office or view my website at: www.slavinlawfirm.com for further information. These cases can be handled strictly by mail and I do them for people throughout the State of Florida.
Good luck.
Re: Clear arrest record
The arrest record still exists despite the State not prosecuting the case. You will be eligible to expunge the arrest provided you have no other guilty adjudications in your past.
