clearing my name

i would like to find someone who could help me clear my name. my brother has used it and those chargecome up under my name. i also have charges from my past that are making it very hard for me to find a job. is there anyon who can help me

You can and should report the identity theft to the police. Having a police report will help you demonstrate that you are not responsible for those charges.

Also, the police will be able to compare your fingerprints to those of the person who was arrested in the prior cases. When they do not match, the police will see that the person arrested and charged is not the person on whose record those charges appear. They will then have to remove the charges from your record.
