Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
clemency
How long does it take to get an appeal on a life sentence when new evidence is presented and ignored by the system?
And what is the procedure that your company takes to help free someone who is really inocent?
Why won't the courts listen to the person who was the victim at a very young age and has come forward to tell the truth?

Re: clemency
There may be several ways to free persons wrongfully convicted, but it is impossible to predict how long it will take. Your title mentions clemency, which is certainly a possiblilty, and post-conviction motions are available depending upon how long ago the conviction happened.
