Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm trying to get my CNA license and on my background I have a drug possession misdemeanor from 3 years ago where the case was withdrawn do you think it will count against me?

It doesn't matter if it shows on a background check because as a CNA you MUST disclose it. Disclosing it may not prevent you from employment, but not disclosing it will indicating you are lying and would possibly prevent you from being licensed.
