Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
collect on a judgement
We have a judgement for civil theft in the amount of $79,000.00. The party we sued commited fraud and has never showed up in court or responded in anyway. How do we collect on this debt? The courts do not seem to be helping us to collect. If they issued a judgement how should they enforce it and who would we have to contact to help. Thank you Dave
