Combining sentences from two counties for one offense.
Combining Sentences
How do you combine two sentences (2 counties) from one offense? Carjacking occurred in Palm Beach County and went into Broward County. My son is serving in Broward County, but cannot get back to Palm Beach County to have the two combined.

So he was charged in both counties? The second jurisdiction has to agree to allow him to serve the sentence concurrent with the first.
