Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
For someone who has commited burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and grand theft ($300 - $5,000) for the third time, what are the chances of probation vs. time in jail?

There are too many variables to answer that question. I suggest you call an attorney in the county that this happened and ask them since they should know the prosecutors and judges in that area. For example, I practice throughout the Tampa Bay area and while some judges might give probation other locations may want jail.
