is it common to recieve pre trial intervention if it's your first offence, and can you get your record expunged after you complete the program

Yes, the State Attorney's office commonly refers first time offenders to PTD/PTI. You can typically expunge a record after completion of the diversion program if you meet the criteria under the statute.

Yes, pretty common for certain charges and if first offense. Yes, you can expunge your record if you meet all eligibility requirements (no convictions in FL or any other state, not under current court supervision, never sealed/expunged before...)
