Community Service
I have court ordered community service to complete in order to get a reckless driving charge dropped. Do prosecutors or judges typically accept hours of community service done at a local school?

Re: Community Service
Many courts and prosecutors will accept community service hours completed at a local school. However, acceptance varies between the circuits and even between courtrooms within a circuit. Therefore, you should contact a criminal defense attorney in your area to seek confirmation.
