Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Community service hours

My son was sentenced to 500 community service hours along with 3 years probation. Are these hours ever rolled back? How is he suppose to be able to complete these while working a full time job?

He should have considered that before committing whatever crime he did. Hours are not "rolled back". He can perform the community service on weekends and evenings. He has three years to do the hours which works out to approximately 167 per year or about 3 hours per week. That is far from an impossible task. He needs to set his mind that he is going to live up to his responsibilities and do it.

Re: Community service hours

He will need to work weekends and evenings. Its punishment, its not supposed to be convenient.
