Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Company I work for deals in copper and the company they sell there scrap to identified me as someone sell copper. There are no witnesses that saw me steal anything. Also my employer does inventory every month. What can happen to me?

You can be charged with grand theft. You could also be charged with Dealing in Stolen Property if you tried to sell it. That is a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years prison. I suggest you get an attorney right away.
