Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I completed PTI for Uttering a forged check , draft or note the result was Case Dismissed. I specifically need to know if this was a withold of adjudication or an Imposition of sentence ? From what I have read it is neither one..But I am not a lawyer can someone please shed some light on this as I do not want to commit Perjury on a Gun Permit Application. Thank you

I believe this has already been answered, but simply put your case was dismised so you're not committing perjury by answering no if you're asked if you've been convicted.
