Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Completely unsure what we should do... my b/f is on probation for a habitual driving with suspended license charge. He has just gotten out of jail about a yr ago for false charges of domestic violence( they were dropped). The person who accused him for those charges; their male friend is accusing him of current charge; attempted murder. ( Big thing with custody of child) How should we go about handling these current charges...Oh and he's Not currently in jail.

I do not practice criminal law. What should you do to handle this situation? The answer is so obvious, and it is for your boyfriend to retain a criminal defense attorney. Unless you are prepared to go to law school really quick and get licensed as an attorney and defend your boyfriend, he needs to hire an attorney. It is as plain and simple as that.
