Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My computers (laptop, PC, and tablet) have been compromised. Important files are missing. This is a financial, intellectual property and resource loss for me.
Please advise steps to take to do a forensic swipe on my computer and how to hold responsible parties accountable.

While the actions taken by the hackers may be criminal, this is not a criminal law question. Your best bet is to talk to a civil law attorney that handles civil theft cases. Also, it would be good for you to contact the attorney general's office as they may be able to get restitution if and when they find the responsible party. Good luck.
