If a person is found Nolle Prosequi, can he or she be retried for the same case, if reopened ???

IF YOUR CASE HAS BEEN "NOLLE PROSEQUI" THAT MEANS THE STATE HAS VOLUNTARILY DROPPED IT. YES, THEY CAN REOPEN IT SO LONG AS SPEEDY TRIAL ISSUES ARE NOT CROSSED.
