Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am not sure exactly what conditions are in my fiance's felony probation. We have been together for almost a year and a half and I want to marry her and move/transfer from Florida to Alabama her probation. Well, I have been reading a lot of information on the internet lately to see what we would need to do to make this happen. It never occurred to me until now, that she may not even suppose to be associating with me because I am a convicted felon while she is on probation. My conviction is nearly 20 years old. We live a clean productive life. Is there a chance in hell her and I can marry and transfer her probation(9yrs left in probation)??

Yes, there's a chance, but your fiance is going to need to clear it with Alabama probation. Furthermore, Florida has to accept the probation as well.
