Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone confessed to murder to me, out of guilt, years after the fact, (i have no involvement) but i have limited details of the crime, am i legally obligated to report this to police? i do not know critical info as to who the victim was, only where it took place. Do i have to report this to police? Would i face any legal ramifications?
