is a confession admissible if i was intoxicated.i was obviously intoxicated at arrest and it was video taped and i was intoxicated enough were the police had me convince i did the crime and i got people telling me theres no way i did it cause i was with them what should i do

A Criminal Attorney in your situation would argue to the Judge that your confession was coerced or at least not freely and voluntarily given. The State Attorney would argue that the confession is admissable and it is up to the Jury to decide how much weight to give to the statements.

Your Attorney needs to file the motion and attempt to keep out the evidence. What other evidence does the State say they have against you. There is a doctrine in Florida criminal law that says a conviction cannot rest on a confession alone, there must be some other evidence that says "your the guy".
