Is a hand written(and signed) confession as well as an audio tape admissable in a felony court of law?

This would depend on many factors, but generally, as long as the handwritten document can be authenticated (verified) prior to admission, it may be admissible evidence in a criminal trial.

A judge decides ultimatley what is admissablr but if the confession was obtained lawfully then it will be admitted.
