A man was parked in a work vehicle the semi was owned by a inc. and he as the ceo He was approached by out of uniform detectives all checked out ok vehicle was searched finding a controlled substance he was arrested and the vehicle impounded is the vehicle able to be returned to the corporation

Probably not until the case is over unless they moved to forfeit the car.
