Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
conflict of interest!??
2 boys got arrested for scheme to defraud 20,000.. both at the same time, booked for the same file, same charges. What would be the best choice? to be represented by different attorneys or just by a single one? is it possible to be a conflict of interest between them? what do you advise?
