Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Conflict of Interest??
What if you had used drugs with, and sold drugs to your probation officer BEFORE they became a probation officer, and possibly while they are a prob. officer ( serious drugs like cocaine) and now they don't like you one bit, and now they are your probation officer, and they may have a personal motive to abuse their power against you becuase of this and other personal issues,(Like some friends of this officer are enemies of mine, and may want some type of revenge) Is there anything I can do?

Ask for a change of officer.
