Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can there be a conflict of interest in the public defenders office if 2 people are charged
with the same crime and 1 has already secured a public defender? can the second one still obtain a public defender from the same office ?

Usually a special public defender will be appointed to the second one. There would be a conflict.
