Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
conflict
if the prosicuting attny for my grandson's case is the same one that has him listed as a hostile witness in another high profile murder case(he has sent statement through his attny, he is afraid to testify)can she be removed as prosicuting attny for his case because of this ?The court has already appointed him a conflict attny for his case because he is on witness list for this other case.thank you !

no i dont see a conflict there. defendants dont have the right to be prosecuted a prosecutor they feel comfortable with.
