Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm a little confused with some legal terms. Does receiving a WH ADJ means I have a conviction? What about a Nolle Pros-court option?

A withhold is on your record, but it is not a conviction. A nolle prosse means that the prosecutor has dismissed the charge, which is better than a withhold of adjudication.
