Consent to Sex
If a 16 year old female in Florida consents to sex with an 18 year old and results in pregnancy and they want to marry, can the male be charged with statutory rape by the felame's parents? If so, can the parent still charge him after they are married?

A 16 year old child is legally incapable of consenting to sex, nor is she competent to marry.
