Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Would it be considered battery if the person who blew the smoke into the other person's face knew the person has C.O.P.D.an the smoke could cause physical harm or death?

Maybe but why be rude and chance it. Certainly, if the person dies, then you may face murder or manslaughter. So don't try it.
