Am i considered a felon eventhough i was never found guily of that crime

It depends on what you mean by never found guilty. Do you mean a jury found you not guilty? Do you mean that the judge withhheld adjudication? Do you have other charges to cause you to be a felon? In other words, cal an attorney to find out what your legal status is.

If you were not found guilty of a crime, and you did not take a plea which resulted in the Judge adjudicating you (as opposed to withholding adjudication), then you would not be considered a felon based just on that charge. However, if you have other cases which are felonies on which you are adjudicated, then you would be a felon.
