I need help "consolidating" or "collapsing" cases so that 4 arrests become 3.
I am under the impresson that cases that are close in time, similar in facts

Your attorney can consolidate cases for sentencing purposes. However, if any of the arrests were for misdemeanors alone then they can't be consolidated because county court judges are the only ones with authority to hear arrests that were solely misdemeanor, and circuit court judges can hear cases that are felonies along with misdemenaors resulting from the SAME arrest. So it is possible but they are limitations. Again, talk to your attorney or go get one if you haven't already.
