conspiracy to sell drugs
I am in Iraq in law enforcement and my son just got arrested w/30 other people in a giant drug sting. He has never been in trouble in his life. He did it for six months.Conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine. Will he go to jail and what can I do. I am retired policemen and sitting here in Iraq heartbroken.Thank You

yes there is mandatory jail time for 28g or more.
